Sisters with Derringers, the Short Fiction Awards, that is!

SMFSLogo-10sq-300dpiIt’s a thrill to announce that two of our local chapter members, Hilary Davidson and Cathi Stoler, have been honored by the Short Mystery Fiction Society with 2015 Derringer Awards for Best Short Story and Best Long Story respectively!

Congratulations to them both and to all the talented nominees!

Another thrill for the chapter is that Cathi’s story, “The Kaluki Kings of Queens” appeared in Family Matters, the newest anthology by us! Go read more about this terrific collection, edited by member Anita Page, and see what a good year 2015’s been for Murder New York Style!
