Elizabeth Crowens Launches Two Novels

Elizabeth Crowens, will launch her novels, The Time Traveler Professor, Book One: Silent Meridian and its sequel, The Time Traveler Professor, Book Two: A Pocketful of Lodestones at the Mysterious Bookshop, 58 Warren Street in New York City on September 26, 2019 from 6:30-8:30PM.

The Time Traveler Professor, Book One: Silent Meridian is an alternate history/fictional memoir of John Patrick Scott who partners with Arthur Conan Doyle (creator of Sherlock Holmes) in a 19th century X Filesmeets H.G. Wells’ The Time Machine adventure. First Prize winner of Chanticleer Review’s Goethe Awards for Turn of the Century historical fiction and First Prize winner for Steampunk in the Independent Press Awards.

The Time Traveler Professor, Book Two: A Pocketful of Lodestones is the continued tale of John Patrick Scott, Arthur Conan Doyle, Harry Houdini and H.G. Wells with the surrealism of Kurt Vonnegut’s Slaughterhouse-Five mixed with Susanna Clarke’s Jonathan Strange and Mr. Norrell on the Western Front.
