Join us for a Q&A with retired NYPD Detective Steve Osborne, who, among other assignments was Commanding Officer of the Manhattan Gang Squad. Since retiring, Steve has honed his skills at bringing police work to life as a storyteller on the Moth Radio Hour (click the link for one example).
