Call for Submissions for Upcoming NYSinC Anthology!

bad-motherAh, isn’t Mother’s Day just perfect for announcing this crime collection?

Members of the New York/Tri-State Chapter of Sisters in Crime are invited to submit one short story for consideration for inclusion in the chapter’s third anthology, working title: Murder New York Style: Family Matters.

Stories must be crime-related and set within the Greater New York area. In addition to the five boroughs, that includes Long Island, Westchester, and nearby New Jersey towns. The collection’s theme, inspired by Tolstoy’s reflection on unhappy families—each unhappy in its own way—hopefully inspires thoughts of toxic relations, long-buried secrets, and any number of deadly sins.
